*The PACT protocol and token have evolved from ImpactMarket, a DeFi universal basic income (UBI) project started in 2022. The transition to PACT was via a governance vote in 2024. As part of this transition, several early core contributors and investors intend to pool most of their tokens into a structured vehicle in order to align long-term incentives and support the protocol’s growth.
