5. Community Incentives

5.1 - Building an inclusive ecosystem and rewarding good borrower behavior

The PACT foundation wants to support an inclusive financial ecosystem, while rewarding borrowers for repaying loans in full and on time. This may include issuing $PACT tokens as a reward for first time borrowers, as well as incentives for responsible repayment and borrowing. 

In future we will consider proposals for consumers to use rewarded $PACT tokens towards cash-back, interest rate reductions, and other perks.
